No. For now, this is an exclusively online shop

3. Inquiring About Local Order Pick Up

If you’re located in in the Asheville NC area, we’re excited to announce that you can now pick up your order. You can rest easy knowing that my entryway provides protection from the rain. Generally, your order will be ready within 24 hours. 

4. How much is shipping

For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate of $6.99. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, shipping fees will be determined by the weight of your order.

5. Determining Our Turnaround Time

Orders placed before 12pmEST on business days (M-F) will be processed and shipped in the same day and orders placed after 12pm EST are processed on the next business day.

6. Inquiry about Order Delivery Time

Shipping ETA within the US is around 5-7 business days, while international orders may take a few weeks or more.

7. Inquiring About Returns

Please be advised that all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us via email at Appalachiasews@gmail.com.

8. Sending Swatches for Your Order

Absolutely! Please send us an email, and we’ll send the swatches to you as soon as possible. If you’re placing an order, simply add the swatches you want to the order notes, and we’ll include them with your order.
